At our October 22, 2019 General Meeting we had discussions on where we started from and and what our future direction should be.
The CRUA Position Statement was updated to reflect our vision for the future. The scope of our engagement outside of the river user community has also expanded to support our commitment to recreational river use infrastructure. The following CRUA Membership Map illustrates the diverse group of contacts that are needed to meet our objectives.
Our current priorities are to secure Harvie Passage Vehicle Access, the completions of Calgary River Access Strategy – Priority 1 Developments at West Baker Park and Ogden Bridge and possibly a new trailered boat river access at the Ivor Strong Bridge within two years.
